Tamie Whiteman

M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Tamie began her career in developmental and intellectual disabilities over 30 years ago. She has served in roles such as independent living specialist, case manager, and educational advocate before pursuing her ABA certification in 2016. She believes the dignity of the individual and family involvement are key to successful behavior change. Tamie fell in love with the Fort Sill/Lawton community and the families and children she's been able to work with since 2019.  In addition to visiting her three children who live out of state, she enjoys exploring wherever she is and following college football (she's a Mountaineer). Tamie thinks the most exciting thing about this job is the commitment of the staff and the excitement and involvement of our families.

D.D. Hodges

M.A., BCBA, LBA

D.D. is a Texas native but has lived around the country since childhood. She graduated with her master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology in 2012. She then went on to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru for two years. Her Applied Behavior Analysis journey began in 2017, and she earned her BCBA in 2020. D.D.’s main focus in her clinical work is building socially significant skills that are important to her clients and their families. There is no greater joy for her than supporting the children to achieve outcomes that were once thought impossible. Her other passion is disseminating ABA practices through fieldwork training future BCBAs and BCaBAs. Outside of business hours, D.D. can be found on her yoga mat or in the movie theater.

Mallory LeDoux

M.A., BCBA, LBA

Mallory began volunteering with various nonprofits serving a lifespan of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities her junior year of high school. In college, she later dove into volunteering with self-advocacy groups through Special Olympics and The Arc of Wichita County. She was first introduced to ABA in 2019 as a camp counselor at a summer camp for campers with Autism and ADHD. In 2021, she began her time in clinical ABA and fell in love with the hands on and specialized experience the field offers. She became certified in March 2025 as a BCBA. Mallory believes behavior is a form of communication and helping kids find their voice through various modalities is what makes it one of her favorite things. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, playing Catan and paddle boarding.

Sarah Weinstein

MSW, BCBA, LBA

Sarah was born and raised in Tacoma, WA and came to the Lawton area in 2019. As a social worker, Sarah worked as a child welfare specialist. The mother of 4 children, she works hard to stay fit and enjoys running, swimming, hiking, biking, and everything Disney! Having a child on the autism spectrum has made Sarah more aware of the need for behavioral services and led her to Trinity Autism and Behavior Services. She has completed coursework and supervision and is now a BCBA! She is looking forward to growing the availability of ABA support in the Lawton area.

Stephanie Byrne

Office Manager

Stephanie serves as the Office Manager at TABS, bringing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and strong organizational expertise to the team. She is dedicated to creating efficient office systems and streamlining workflows to support both staff and clients. Stephanie relocated to Lawton with her family for her husband’s final military assignment and has since become an integral part of the office. She and her family spent three years living in Germany, where her love of travel grew exponentially. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, painting, and playing card games with her family.

Nekelle Anderson

MA, RBT

Nekelle has been an RBT with Trinity since January of 2023. She graduated from Cameron University with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently finishing her behavior analytic course sequence and supervision to become a BCBA. She will finish her coursework by December of 2025 and hopes to test by early 2026. When she’s not working with the learners of Trinity, you can find her on a field or court cheering on her children in their favorite sports. She has four kids of her own at ages 13, 9, 9, (twins) and 2. Her favorite pastime is reading books in her hammock and doing diamond paintings.

Lou Jasper new.HEIC

Louissa (Lou) Jasper

RBT

Lou became an RBT in 2021 while stationed in Hawaii with her husband. Prior to that, they were stationed in Lawton for three years, where she worked at a learning center with neurotypical children. It was there that she became inspired to pursue ABA. After being assigned a child diagnosed with autism, Lou realized she didn’t yet have the tools to properly support him. She had always known she wanted to work in early childhood education, but this experience helped her discover that ABA was truly her calling, and she now plans to pursue her BCaBA. Lou joined TABS after relocating back to Lawton and couldn’t be happier—she even plans to remain here after her husband retires. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, playing with their dog, reading, and cooking. Lou is affectionately southern, loud, a little awkward, and deeply passionate about her work and career path.

Allison Rolling

RBT

Allison entered the field after working as an early childhood educator for over seven years. She later became a special education paraprofessional, working primarily with nonverbal autistic children. She fell in love with the work and chose to expand her knowledge by becoming an RBT. Allison loves watching children learn and grow, as well as connecting with parents to share their child's progress. She is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in ABA and hopes to become a BCBA after graduating. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with her kids and furry friends.

Izabel Weinstein

Izabel completed her training in record time and joined Trinity in March of 2024. Izabel has been in Lawton since 2020 and graduated from Eisenhower High. Izabel enjoys reading, cooking, gym workouts, and thrifting. Izabel looks forward to completing college and finding long-term career fulfillment.

Tierra Baker

RBT

Tierra grew up in the area and graduated from Elgin High School. Having an adult sister with autism, she was drawn to the field through her personal experiences. She enjoys working with children and feels most fulfilled when she sees their progress, especially as they develop new skills. Tierra hopes to become a BCBA in the future.

Brooke England

RBT

Brooke England has lived in Lawton all her life and graduated from Cameron in 2024 with a bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in educational studies. Brooke felt a calling to the field of autism treatment - it was something she’d always wanted to do. Her future goal is continuing in the field and to get her masters degree to become a BCBA. In her free time Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to church.

Jill Wright

RBT

Jill is originally from the state of Washington but has lived in Oklahoma since 1997.  Jill has a passion for children. Jill has two grown daughters, one daughter entering high school, and two grandchildren.

In addition to time with her family, she is very involved with her church. Jill previously worked in the healthcare HR industry. Obtaining her RBT while at Trinity has given her new skills where she enjoys interacting with families and learners and watching them grow.

Elizabeth Rose

 RBT

Since becoming an RBT in 2022, Elizabeth has enjoyed working with a variety of clients! Their favorite part of being an RBT is building fun and meaningful connections with clients and getting to see them grow and improve every day. In their free time, they enjoy reading and listening to music.

Silas Roberts

RBT

After graduating from the Early Childhood Development program at EOC Tech in 2019, Silas immediately knew they wanted to work with children. They spent four years working at an Early Learning Center, where they discovered a passion for supporting children with special needs. Since completing their training and passing the exam to become an RBT in 2022, they have dedicated themself to improving the lives of every client they have the pleasure of working with.

Julianna Felts

RBT

Julianna Felts is from Virginia but moved to Lawton about 11 years ago. She graduated from Cameron University with her bachelors in Criminal Justice and psychology in May 2024. Julianna had an interest in ABA because people she’s close to in her life are autistic and she wanted to learn how to help communicate with and understand them more. Her future goal is to get her masters to become a BCBA. In her free time, Julianna enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, family, and friends.

Laura Tyler

Laura has worked with kids in a public school setting for over 20 years. The majority of her experience has  been working as a Special Education Paraprofessional. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in individuals' lives which led her to obtain her RBT in 2024. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Maria Escobar

RBT

Maria has lived in Lawton her entire life. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science at Grand Canyon University. Her passion for working with individuals with special needs was inspired by her youngest brother, who was diagnosed with autism. Seeing the limited resources available to him compared to what she had, motivated her to dedicate her career to helping others in similar situations. 

In her free time,  she balances work and school and enjoying her time with her fiancé and spending time with their pets.

Korie Kurkurich-Rodriguez

RBT

Korie enjoys reading, listening to music, admiring art and spending time outdoors with her wife and their dogs. Growing up in a big family sparked her lifelong passion for working with children. Korie says one of her greatest influences is her Oma, who consistently encouraged her to chase her dreams and helped shape the person she is today.
